Our new Compact bottle cleaner has the same excellent washing results as our full-size, Multi-Function Washer but with a smaller capacity. It is perfect for small to medium-sized production lines and is great for local winemakers, dairy farmers and busy distilleries alike.
With a maximum capacity of 12 bottles of 1L / 33.81oz (or 16 bottles of 750ml / 25.36oz) depending on bottle dimensions, our bottle cleaning solution offers exceptional washing results for a fraction of the cost. The Compact bottle cleaner is powered by 120v and 240v and comes with several options such as legs on wheels for easier movement of the machine, an integrated tank to save water, HMI touch screen and more.
Accessories are available for the Compact bottle washer. The basic model comes with one manifold and one basket while the premium model comes with one manifold and three baskets.

This bottle cleaner has a total water consumption of between 20 and 25 liters per wash cycle with 10-12 liters for washing and 10-12 liters for rinsing.
We understand time is money. That’s why our Mini Washer has three wash cycles, including a fast cycle at 5 minutes, a deep cycle at 8 minutes, and an ultra wash cycle at 15 minutes.
The Mini Washer is simple to use and easy to maintain. Simply rinsing bottles between use isn’t enough. Our Mini Washer deep cleans bottles to ensure they are free from bacteria and residue.

Yes the basic model comes with 1 manifold and 1 basket. While the premium model comes with 1 manifold and 3 baskets.
Per wash cycle there is a water consumption between 20 and 25 liters. Between 10 and 12 liters for washing and 10 to 12 liters for rinsing.
The Mini-Washer has 3 wash cycles depending on the type of wash desired. Cycle 1, which is a faster wash, takes about 5 minutes. Cycle 2 which is a deeper cycle is about 8 minutes. Cycle 3, which is the ultra-wash cycle, takes about 15 minutes.
Following numerous customer requests, we decided to invest heavily in research and development in order to commercialize a model that would suit all types of budgets, available space and that would be more water and energy efficient.
Because the first quantities produced will be limited. We expect to produce only 50 units between February and June 2023. Depending on demand, we will be able to increase our production capacity and offer more units starting in the summer of 2023.
How it works
Simply connect the end of the Mini Washer’s water supply hose to the water faucet
By simply opening the faucet. If there is a leak you can add Teflon or silicone grease. We recommend that you apply it beforehand in case of a leak.
Simply connect the flexible hose on the bottle washer to the waste water outlet. Add the hose clamp.
Once you have completed the steps of connecting the hot water supply and
the hot water supply and the sewage disposal have been completed, the mini washer must be connected
